These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FixMyPlumbingNow and this website (the "Site"), operated by ANS Software Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or calling a number displayed on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the service

FixMyPlumbingNow is a marketing and referral service. We connect homeowners and other consumers with independent, third-party plumbing professionals. We are not a plumbing contractor, we are not licensed to perform plumbing work, and we do not perform plumbing services. We do not employ the professionals you are connected with, and they are not our agents.

2. No endorsement or guarantee of providers

The plumbing professionals in our network are independent third parties. While we intend to connect you with licensed and insured providers, we do not independently verify, endorse, or guarantee any provider, their licensing or insurance status, their availability, their pricing, or the quality, safety, or outcome of any work they perform. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the provider.

3. Quotes and pricing

Any prices, quotes, or estimates are provided by the independent professional, not by us. Connecting through the Site is free, and you are under no obligation to hire any provider.

4. Consent to be contacted and call recording

By calling a number on the Site or providing your telephone number, you consent to be contacted by us and by the professionals and partners we connect you with, and you acknowledge that calls may be recorded and monitored, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the referral service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any provider will meet your needs.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANS Software Solutions LLC and its owners, members, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or related to the Site, the referral service, or any work performed or not performed by a third-party provider.
